Into the Wild

A 6-week outdoor adventure programme for Home Educated children aged 10+

Step beyond the classroom and Into the Wild!

This unique six-week programme brings together the practical skills of bushcraft, survival and falconry, giving children the opportunity to learn, explore and challenge themselves in a natural woodland environment.

Working alongside an experienced falconer from Hawkwise Falconry, children will have the opportunity to get up close to birds of prey and learn how these incredible animals survive, hunt and thrive in the wild.

Across six two-hour sessions, children will develop real practical skills, build confidence and learn to work as a team while discovering more about the woodland around them.

Into the Wild is designed specifically for older children who are ready to take their outdoor learning further.

Children will be encouraged to become more independent, solve problems, take appropriate risks, work together and develop practical skills they can carry with them beyond the woodland.
