Weekly sessions include seasonal nature learning, woodland games, natural crafts, tool use, fire lighting, campfire cooking and den building.

Families can attend regularly or flexibly where spaces permit. Parents/carers stay and enjoy the session alongside their children.

Choose how you attend
Drop-in session: £10, booked and paid in advance.
Four-session Forest Pass: £35. Credits can be used across Tuesday and Wednesday sessions; pre-booking is required.

FAQs
Do parents/carers stay? Yes. Parents and carers remain onsite and enjoy the session alongside their children.

Can siblings attend? Yes. Younger siblings aged 2–4 are £5 per session, and under-2s are free.

What should children wear? Outdoor clothes that can get muddy, with layers, waterproofs and sturdy footwear.

What happens if it rains? Sessions run in most weather. We assess conditions beforehand and have sheltered areas.

Is there parking? Yes, free parking is available at the campsite.

Do I need to book? Yes, all places must be booked in advance.

What if Raksha cancels because of dangerous weather? You will be offered a refund or transfer to another session.

Can children with additional needs attend? Yes. Please contact us beforehand so we can discuss your child’s needs.

Activities

Activities are crafted to foster the holistic growth of learners through play, communication, and the nurturing of independence and confidence. They aim to spark natural curiosity and promote well-being in a woodland setting. These activities provide opportunities for individuals to engage in supported risk-taking, enabling them to discover their abilities and enhance their self-esteem.
